These general conditions regulate the sale and supply of products by Alessandro Gruzza to the user of the Site (hereinafter "Customer"). The execution of the order by the Customer implies the acceptance by the latter of the present conditions of sale. Alessandro Gruzza reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of sale in the future. Any changes are considered executive when they are published on the website www.alegruzza.com (hereinafter "Site").

The website www.alegruzza.com is owned by Alessandro Gruzza, Via San Francesco d'Assisi 6, 38122 Trento (Italy) - VAT number IT02290840228, tax code GRZ LSN 71S01 L378J, and is aimed at the distribution and sale of photo books and wall art produced by Alessandro Gruzza and editorial content produced by Edizioni Munay by Alessandro Gruzza.

 

Purchase regulations

These general conditions of sale are an integral part of the purchase agreement concluded between the Customer and Alessandro Gruzza. The Customer who places an order online declares to have read and to accept unconditionally and in full these terms and conditions of sale. Any different condition must be agreed from time to time between the parties.

 

Purchase Order

The Customer's order, transmitted through the Site, by telephone or by email, is accepted by Alessandro Gruzza when the Customer receives the order confirmation by email to the email address provided. The confirmation email summarizes the products purchased by the Customer, the relative prices and shipping costs. The Customer must verify the correctness of the data reported and to inform Alessandro Gruzza, within one day from the purchase order, of any inaccuracies.

 

Customer's obligations

The purchase of products is addressed to adults over 18 years old. The purchase of products on the Site presupposes the conferment, by the Customer, of the information necessary for the delivery of the goods. To this end, the Customer undertakes to communicate correct, up-to-date and truthful data relating to personal data, personal address and, in general, to other information useful for the order. The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the purchased good, as expressed in the order confirmation.

 

Prices and methods of payment

The prices of Alessandro Gruzza’s products indicated on the Site are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of VAT. The shipping cost is clearly indicated on the "Shop" page of the Site and varies depending on the quantity and shipping destination requested. In the event that the product is not available, the Customer will be promptly informed via email. The price and availability data shown on the Site may be subject to change without notice. Any additional cost of delivery, any collection charges, any customs duties as well as additional sales taxes required for export abroad are not included in the purchase price. The Customer can pay the amounts due by bank transfer or credit card. All automatic payments by credit card are handled through the PayPal online payment system, which guarantees the highest security standards to carry out transactions. In case of payment by credit card via Paypal, the credit card details will not be treated in any way by Alessandro Gruzza. Alessandro Gruzza is not responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, when paying for the products purchased on the Site. In this regard, Alessandro Gruzza reserves the right to cancel or not accept the transaction in the suspected case of fraudulent use of credit cards.

 

Shipping and delivery

Alessandro Gruzza will send the ordered products to the address indicated during the order compilation, notifying the Customer by email of the shipment and of the shipment tracking methods. Any delivery times indicated are estimates based exclusively on the normal processing of the order and delivery times declared by the carriers. Alessandro Gruzza is not responsible for any delays occurring during the transport service.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal or return may be exercised within ten working days from the delivery of the products, by return of the same via registered mail, with expenses charged to the Customer, provided that these products are still perfectly intact at the time of return. The communication must be sent to: Alessandro Gruzza, Via San Francesco d'Assisi 6, 38122 Trento (Italy). In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, Alessandro Gruzza will refund the purchase price and the costs of sending the goods to the Customer's address as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Alessandro Gruzza was notified of the right of withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods, which are charged to the Customer, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Property rights
Trademarks, property rights in relation to products, content such as, for example, information, text, graphics and images present on the Site belong to Alessandro Gruzza and are protected by copyright. Any form of reproduction, including printing and downloading, of texts and digital files of images on the Site is also prohibited.

Personal data processing and privacy information
Alessandro Gruzza guarantees maximum confidentiality on information and data released by the Customer when ordering. The requested data (including the email address) are necessary for the correct processing and shipping of the order, and are processed in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and with the UE Policy n. 2016/679. These data will not be disclosed to third parties in any way, except for shipping and delivery of the order. With the purchase order, the Customer declares to have read the Privacy Policy. The customer can exercise at any time and for free the rights of the consumer granted by the art. 7, Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and by the art. 15-22 of the UE Policy n. 2016/679, including consulting, modifying or deleting data from the digital archive of Alessandro Gruzza.

Automatic subscription to the newsletter
The email address provided during the order will be used for occasional sending of informative newsletters concerning projects, activities or publications of Alessandro Gruzza. The Customer may exercise the right to cancel his/her email address automatically from the archives relating to the newsletter, through the cancellation link present in each newsletter sent.

Applicable law and competent court
The contract of sale between Alessandro Gruzza and the Customer will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Italian law and all disputes will be referred to the Arbitration Chamber of Trento, Italy and resolved according to the conciliation regulation adopted by the same.
